As you can see from our newsletter and website, we upgraded our look and feel at OpinionRoute. It was a bit overdue, but we love how the new look emphasizes our evolution.
Behind the scenes, our story evolved rapidly since we launched the Navigator to the industry in late 2023. At the time, we were interested in sharing the “secret sauce” that helped us grow so efficiently. After years of process research with various clients, we came to believe that labor efficiency in an MRA was achievable while addressing the industry’s biggest challenges, such as vendor failures, quality erosion, and the rise of AI.
While many companies spend C-Suite time on financial machinations, we locked in on listening to and delivering solutions for real challenges in the modern market research company since 2013.
Internally, when I first showed this new website to our team, they described it as “fresh, bright, warm, clean”. This meant we conveyed a feeling that echoes our sentiment for the future of small to mid-sized Market Research agencies: clear optimism.
