Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

  By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from OpinionRoute LLC (“OpinionRoute,” “Us” or “We”), including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. The messages you may receive are informational messages related to market research survey participation, including survey invitations, survey links, survey reminders, and on-demand replies to messages you send us. These messages are collectively known as the “Programs.” We do not send marketing or promotional messages through the Programs, and donations will not be solicited. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participating in any survey. Participation in any survey is voluntary.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the surveys you are invited to and your participation. OpinionRoute reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent. OpinionRoute also reserves the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. OpinionRoute, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the Programs are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation (Opt-Out)

You can opt out of the Programs at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us, or by texting one of those words to the phone number from which you received our messages. You may receive one additional text message confirming your decision to opt out. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from that Program. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable and exclusive methods of opting out. Any other method of opting out, including but not limited to texting words or phrases other than those listed above or verbally requesting that OpinionRoute remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out. You may be subscribed to Programs across multiple phone numbers, and you must separately reply STOP to each phone number from which you wish to unsubscribe.

For help with the Programs, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, or email us at hello@opinionroute.com. Please note that texting HELP or using this email address is not an acceptable method of opting out. Opt-outs must be submitted in accordance with the procedures set forth above.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected through the Programs will not be sold, rented, loaned, traded, leased, or otherwise shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the Programs (such as messaging platforms and wireless carriers), or as required by law. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Programs are offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. The Programs may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage, or other changes made by your wireless carrier. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any text messages connected with any Program. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider or network operator and is outside of our control.

Changes to These Terms

OpinionRoute may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting a revised version on our Website. Your continued participation in any Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
