Seasoned Operations Executive to lead OpinionRoute’s Services Operations
OpinionRoute LLC, a Market Research technology and sample services company, announces the hiring of Kayla Murphy Cousineau as its new Senior Vice President, Operations, in its Cleveland, OH Headquarters. Cousineau will lead the Services Operations for the firm’s sampling and data collection offering and join the OpinionRoute Executive Team.

Cousineau previously held senior operations roles for Allegheny Health Network (AHN) and Cleveland Clinic. Cousineau was most recently responsible for strategic projects that transformed operations with technology across dozens of clinical facilities within AHN.
