OpinionRoute LLC (“Us” or “We”), respects the privacy of our partners, clients and their customers. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide information concerning our services, the types of information we collect through visits to, use of, or communications with our website located at www.navigatorsurveys.com and www.orsurveys.com and related software and web applications (the “Website”), how we use that information, whether we disclose the information provided to us to others and the options you have with regard to the use of and correction of that information.  This Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by us or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) or information collected by any third party through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website.

What Kind of Information Do We Collect?

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, vehicle identification information, or any other information the Website collects that is defined as personal or personally identifiable information under an applicable law (“personal information”).  We may also collect information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website and usage details. Children Under the Age of 13:

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. What Are Cookies, How Do We Use Them and How Can I Disable them?

The technologies we (or a third party designated by us) use for the automatic data collection described above may include cookies, flash cookies, or web beacons.  Our cookies do not contain any personal information about you, so only we will be able to use the cookies to determine your identity. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by clicking the “decline” button on the notice that appears upon first visiting the Website. If you decline, your information won’t be tracked when you visit the Website. A single cookie will be used in your browser to remember your preference not to be tracked. You may also refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website. Unless you have declined to use cookies or adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Website.

How Do We Use, and Protect the Information We Collect?

We have a firm commitment to protecting your privacy and security as a survey participant. We use firewalls to prevent access to information in our system and use commercially acceptable practices to protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification or use.  Please be aware that the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

As set forth in the Terms of Use, you have agreed to provide certain information in response to surveys or questionnaires that have been specifically ordered by third parties. Accordingly, all information you provide when responding to those surveys or questionnaires will be disclosed to the party ordering the survey. We will not disclose the information you provide to any other party, except as set forth above in the section titled “How Do We Use and Protect the Information We Collect”.

We may also disclose aggregated, non-personal information about our users without restriction.  We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

Data Retention

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
