What: The second wave of the weekly syndicated study by AMC Global (an international custom market research firm specializing in launch strategies and brand tracking) and OpinionRoute (a leader in insights process management) was released today. This week’s research focused on consumer behavior changes during the pandemic and consumer behavior predictions for after the pandemic subsides. The study findings are designed to help clients and industry leaders navigate quickly changing consumer behavior during the crisis.
The study this week asked consumers how COVID-19 has impacted current behavior and how consumers predict their behavior will change once the world moves into a “new normal” after the pandemic is considered over. The questions asked explored consumer’s current behavior and future behavior predictions in financial, shopping, health, social situations, as well as eating habits.
When: New results will be released on Thursdays based on the study’s weekly polling of U.S.-based general population primary purchasers.
